Tumeric Chai Tea

We can't get enough of turmeric these days and this Turmeric Chai blend is a ripper! Turmeric root, cinnamon, cloves, liquorice and just a dash of ground pepper - really packs a punch.

With activated turmeric. The process of adding ground pepper 'activates' turmeric and the bioavailability of the curcumin content to the body increases massively.

Tastes great made with either milk or water.

Caffeine free 

Serving - 1 tspn per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water 5-10 minutes or add 1 teaspoon to a cup of milk and simmer in a pan for 5-10 mins. Strain into a cup. Sweeten with honey.
