Description
It’s sweet, sticky and scarily addictive. By infusing with honey, you get these buttery toffee notes in the chai, all mellow and toasty, with a lovely golden colour. The honey also helps prevent ‘de-blending’, so every cup of organic sticky chai taste exactly the same. Simmer with milk on the stovetop for about ten minutes, then garnish with a cinnamon stick. No sugar required – this one’s sweet enough.
Serving - Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to 250ml of milk in a pot/pan. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes (do not let it boil). Strain, pour into a cup, and taste. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
