SUGGESTED BREWING
BLACK TEAS
EARL GREY, ASSAM BLACK, ENGLISH BREAKFAST & CYLON BLACK
1 teaspoon per 200ml. Brew with boiling water for 3-4 minutes.
BONDI BREAKFAST
1-2 teaspoons per 200ml. Brew with boiling water for 1 minute. Add milk and honey to taste. Enjoy.
PEACH ICED TEA
Steep 1-2 teaspoons of the blend per cup of boiled water at 100°C for approximately 2-3 minutes. Serve iced for a sensational summer drink. Great for a pick me-up mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Remember to use double the quantity when making iced tea.
GREEN TEA
ORGANIC GREEN TEA
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brewing temperature should be below boiling point, around 80ºC. Use of boiling water will result in bitterness. Requires 1-2 mins brewing time. Enjoy without milk.

LEMONGRASS GINGER
1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Can take a drizzle of honey. Serve iced for a sensational summer drink. Great for a pick me-up mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Remember to use double the quantity when making iced tea.
TEAS BY BENEFIT
FIELD OF DREAMS, HEALTH BOOSTER & IMMUNE BOOST
1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Good at any time of day and or before bed.

HERBAL
ROOIBOS
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for 3-5 minutes for a bright coppery red infusion.
CHAMOMILE
Take 1-2 teaspoons and brew in 250ml of 90-95ºC water for 5 minutes. Add honey or a sprig of mint, depending on preference. Drink any time but particularly good before bed.
PINK LADY
1 heaped teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
CHIA
RAW STICKY CHAI
Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to 250ml of milk in a pot/pan. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes (do not let it boil). Strain, pour into a cup, and taste. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
ROOIBOS CHAI
Method 1: Teapot
Place 2 teaspoon per cup in a teapot. Add a small amount of boiling water and let the spices brew for at least 5 minutes. Add steamed milk, mix and strain & enjoy.
Method 2: Saucepan
Place 2 teaspoon per cup in a saucepan and add milk. Bring gently to the boil, then turn down and simmer for 10 minutes. Add honey or sugar to sweeten, if desired. Strain & enjoy.
SPICED MASALA CHAI
Method 1: Teapot
Brew To make 400ml (2 cups): Place 2 teaspoons chai* in a teapot (infuser basket removed). A coffee plunger also works very well. Pour 100ml boiling water and let steep for 10 mins. Heat 300ml milk and add to teapot. Strain & enjoy.
Method 2: Saucepan
To make 400ml (2 cups): Place 100ml water/300ml milk in a saucepan Add 2 teaspoon chai* Simmer for 10 mins Strain into a cup
Add honey. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg or chocolate on top. Enjoy
TUMERIC CHAI
Method 1: Teapot
1 teaspoon per cup (250ml). Brew with boiling water 5-10 minutes
Method 2: Saucepan
Add 1 teaspoon to a cup of milk and simmer in a pan for 5-10 mins. Strain into a cup. Sweeten with honey.
