Serving - At breakfast. Also good for a mid-morning pick-me-up. 1 teaspoon per cup (250 ml). Brew with boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Add milk, sugar, honey or lemon to taste.

Be careful not to oversteep otherwise tea may turn bitter.
