Chamomile Tea

These plump blossoms with their sweet, seductive aroma and apple like flavour notes will refresh and soothe. Chamomile is renowned for its calming properties and is one of the most widely used herbs in the world.

Serving - Take 1-2 teaspoons and brew in 90-95ºC in 250ml of water for 5 minutes. Add honey or a sprig of mint, depending on preference. Drink any time but particularly good before bed.
